A new chapter in our journey

Today I bring you exciting news about a new chapter in our journey. For those of you who may not know me, I am Romain, one of the co-founders of Medito. Over the last four years, I've served in various roles, including being the Chair of the Board, always driven by our shared vision: making mindfulness and meditation free and accessible to everyone.

I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that I'll be stepping into a new role as Medito's Executive Director. This transition allows me to tap further into the operational and strategic realms of Medito, with a goal to enhance our offerings and better serve our community. With my extensive background as the Chair of Medito, my proficiency in product design and strategy, and the comprehensive understanding of our mission, I am excited about this opportunity to further drive our commitment to fostering mental wellbeing.

To add to the excitement, we have another important announcement! Based on your valuable feedback, we are working on a new version of the Medito app. This update will not only enable us to introduce several improvements and new features you've requested but also aligns with our next big objective: achieving full charity status. We can't wait to share more details with you soon - it's an exciting development!

Alongside my transition, we are equally delighted to introduce Katie Neubert, who will be stepping into the role of Chair of the Board. Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her time as Executive Director at various nonprofits including We Care Arts and Piqua Education Foundation. Her successful track record in increasing donor retention, implementing standardized policies and procedures, and innovating outreach and communication strategies makes us thrilled to have Katie at the helm.
