By accessing the website at http://meditofoundation.org, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Donation

Voluntary

You are free to donate to Medito Foundation. You will never be obligated to donate to Medito Foundation. Donating is done voluntarily.

Refunds

Medito can offer refunds in two cases:

• Within 30 days of your transaction: we will refund that transaction minus the transaction fee.
• If you have been charged twice ("Duplicate charge"): we will refund the total amount.

Cancel / modify a monthly / recurring donation

To cancel your donation, use our donation portal, available here.
You will need the email address you used to donate.
Medito's team will be happy to assist you if you can't log in. Please send us an email at [email protected], providing your full name and a copy of the receipt of your previous donation.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Medito Foundation's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Medito Foundation's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
  This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Medito Foundation at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Retreat

Our retreats have specific terms and conditions, which are sent in advance to all potential participants. These include requirements such as all guests being over 18 or accompanied by an adult, payment in British Pounds, and the necessity for guests to manage their own travel arrangements and insurance. Health responsibilities, including fitness for yoga and other activities, are also the guest's responsibility. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation, with different terms for cancellations made more than 21 days in advance versus those made within 21 days of the retreat start. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
